This is an online consultation intended to encourage public engagement and conversation. PLACED are gathering data via this online consultation as part of a commissioned engagement project. PLACED will use the data collected in their analysis and reports. Data and our analysis will be shared with project partners and clients as necessary. The respective project partners and clients are often indicated by the logos included on a project page and will be listed in the project information.
Survey responses are private. However, your comments on other engagement tools, e.g. the interactive map, will be publicly visible on this website. Comments may also be used in promotion related to this website and in reporting. Comments will not be attributed to you personally. If you upload any images you are agreeing for them to be shared publicly on this site and promotion associated with this site. They will not be used for any other purpose. Please ensure you have permission to upload images which contain people's faces. Please do not upload any offensive material. Any comments and images that are deemed to be offensive, including personal data or inappropriate information will not be made public. Please do not put personal data such as names, phone numbers and email addresses into the comment boxes. All comments and images you leave will be moderated. It may take 72 hours for your comment to be approved.
PLACED recognises the importance of your privacy and appreciates that your personal information is very important to you. We are committed to complying with our obligations under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). When you submit a comment on our map or ideas wall, Social Pinpoint collects non-personal information about you such as information regarding the use of mobile devices, computers, operating systems, networks and browsers. This includes IP addresses. PLACED is also collecting your postcode – this is to help us understand if you are a local or a visitor of the area. This information cannot help to identify who you are. It will be stored securely for the duration of our engagement work and reporting / analysis. This personal data will only be used for the purposes of engagement and reporting / analysis. We will not share your personal data with anyone other than project partners and clients as necessary.
If you would like your survey response, comments and / or images deleted please contact us on info@placed.org.uk quoting your comment reference number. We can delete contributions until they are anonymised and added to our analysis, after which point it will not be possible to separate and delete individual contributions.
The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of PLACED's online engagement platform. The software platform is owned by Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd and operated by us, PLACED.
By accessing and using this site, you are choosing to accept and comply with the Terms presented throughout this agreement as well as the Privacy Policy and Moderation Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of this site. Linked sites, affiliated services or third party content or software have their own Terms that you must comply with. PLACED, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors and other partners are not responsible for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
What content do we own?
This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of PLACED and its suppliers and licensors. PLACED owns and retains all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. All intellectual property in the content of this site including without limitation to text, software, source code, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, sounds, audio, video and other interactive features are owned by or licensed to us.
Any original content that you submit or post on our site may be made available to the public and allows users to share your content (with the end user acknowledging your contribution) under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License.
