Ten Streets Business Engagement

Liverpool City Council are seeking to better understand local business needs and dynamics in and around the Ten Streets Regeneration Area.

Situated in a strategic location in the North of the city, the Ten Streets Regeneration area lies alongside several key regeneration projects and developments. An area rich in heritage and with a strong identity, it is home to many local businesses – both well-established and newer arrivals.

The Council has commissioned PLACED to deliver a programme of engagement that captures views and informs the nature of support that could help businesses in the area and enable them to grow. By working with PLACED, the Council will be able to secure your input in a way that promotes authenticity and openness. PLACED will explore and test common themes, issues and priorities that businesses in the area have, and grasp opportunities to realise a shared ambition to grow a globally important business cluster together.

Bramley Moore Dock Stadium and the recent Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) will undoubtedly be an issue people will want to raise during discussions. However, through this business stakeholder engagement project we hope to have broader strategic discussions, exploring wider, long-term priorities of businesses in the Ten Streets Regeneration area outside of the parking discussion. Liverpool City Council's consultation on parking measures around Bramley Moore Dock is available here.

The comments and ideas shared on this interactive website will support the council in gathering insight into the key priorities of businesses in the area and how they feel they can be better supported. By taking part in this engagement, your views will be shaping key decisions. Have your say by visiting our interactive Consultation Space. You can also attend one of our in-person events if you would prefer.

This online consultation is open from Wednesday 19th March until Monday 14th April 2025.
